CARL\u2019s activities in the area of open scholarship include: engagement with federal funding agencies and with the Global Sustainability Coalition for Open Science Services (SCOSS), a study of research libraries\u2019 spending on supporting the open infrastructure, creation of the research data management initiative Portage, and amplification of open education successes and challenges.
