Membership & Registration

Membership in OTESSA is separate from #OTESSA22 conference registration. In addition to purchasing membership, OTESSA presenters must also register for both the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences (Congress), which is a governing body of all of its participating scholarly conferences, and for the OTESSA conference. For more information on what the Congress portion of your fees cover, please visit the Congress 2022 website.

A breakdown of conference and membership fees are provided below. To join OTESSA, please visit the main OTESSA site. OTESSA membership expires on December 31 of each year. Alternatively, you may opt to register as a non-member on the Congress conference registration website, which includes 2022 membership.

OTESSA delegates attending or presenting at the conference must pay 

  • OTESSA membership dues,
  • OTESSA conference registration fees, and
  • Congress registration fees.

 

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Note

For 2022, The Federation of the Humanities and Social Sciences and OTESSA are offering complimentary access for all Black and Indigenous participants registering for both #OTESSA22 and Congress. Please contact us for your unique registration link.

We support additional equity-deserving groups and all those for whom these fees are too much. Please contact us and we will break down barriers together.
