Membership & Registration

Membership in OTESSA is separate from #OTESSA24 conference registration. In addition to purchasing membership, OTESSA presenters must also register for OTESSA conference.

A breakdown of conference and membership fees are provided below.

OTESSA delegates attending or presenting at the conference must pay:

OTESSA membership dues,
OTESSA conference registration fees.

To join OTESSA, please use the following the two-step process.

Please note OTESSA membership expires on December 31 of each year, however, any memberships purchased beginning September 1, 2023 will be valid until December 31, 2024.

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

OTESSA has been forced to change our venue due to events beyond our control. We will be running our conference at University of Sherbrooke, Longueuil.

We strongly encourage OTESSA presenters and attendees to register directly with OTESSA using the PayPal links below.

If you must attend a Congress event please use this link to register through Congress. Note that Congress fees go up after June 10.

For 2024, The Federation of the Humanities and Social Sciences and OTESSA are offering complimentary access for all Black and Indigenous participants registering for both #OTESSA24 and Congress. Please contact us for your unique registration link. We support additional equity-deserving groups and all those for whom these fees are too much. Please contact us and we will break down barriers together.
