Please note that if you had a proceeding accepted, your decision on how to handle the presentation may be different from how you wish to handle the proceeding (e.g., you may withdraw your presentation but publish your proceeding, you may keep your presentation and defer your proceeding to next year, etc.).
Presentations
Your decision re: presentation portion
- I wish to present SYNCHRONOUSLY and will contact you directly to make arrangements. I understand this presentation can take place anytime in the month of June.
- I wish to present ASYNCHRONOUSLY via a blog post (open access).
- I wish to present BOTH SYNCHRONOUSLY AND ASYNCHRONOUSLY as per above
- I wish to DEFER the presentation to next year (note: you may still select to publish a proceeding this year and opt to present next year).
- I wish to WITHDRAW my presentation entirely.
If you want to present asynchronously, please indicate how you would like to share your post.
- I will make the blog post on my own blog using the category “OTESSA 2020” for you to aggregate onto the OTESSA conference blog.
- I do not have a blog and/or will require a login to post on the OTESSA conference blog.
Proceedings
Your decision re: proceeding portion
- I had a proceeding accepted and wish to move forward with its publication in the OTESSA 2020 conference proceedings.
- I had a proceeding accepted and wish to defer its publication until the 2021 conference proceedings collection.
- I wish to withdraw my proceeding entirely.
