OER-Enabled Pedagogy in Practice
In this roundtable discussion, I aim to share an example of a renewable assignment that invited asynchronous online learners enrolled in a college-level course devoted to Truth and Reconciliation in Canada to contribute to a public-facing website. Participants will have the opportunity to view the OER that learners created, ask questions related to process and pedagogy, and offer feedback related to my upcoming doctoral research which will explore learners’ experiences and perceptions related to this particular instantiation of OER-enabled pedagogy. Finally, I intend to invite participants to get involved with future iterations of the project.
